IDI Technology Solutions (Pty) Ltd has been successful with the implementation of BarnOwl GRC and Internal Audit Software at Cashbuild Ltd. This project was successfully completed in December 2011 and rolled out to all divisions and business units within Cashbuild which consists of 262 stores and 37 divisions and operates in South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Namibia, Botswana, Malawi and Zambia where the software solution is successfully deployed and utilized.
BarnOwl is utilized in performance of internal audit and risk management service delivery throughout the organization and is instrumental in the successful execution of service delivery objectives throughout the company.
Cashbuild’s experience to date with regards to the overall quality of BarnOwl as an internal audit and risk management solution is excellent. The features and functionality of the software package supports the business needs. A key success factor experienced with BarnOwl is its ease of learning and use.
Customer support provided by BarnOwl has been excellent since initiation of the implementation project and has been the cornerstone of successful maintenance of continued service delivery.
Deployment of BarnOwl within Cashbuild has been a success and is considered value for money.
